Panit's Colour In Book

Mr P has created and printed a unique colour in book, which can be purchased from a limited stock, please contact him for more details.

Meanwhile he has recorded some of his insights and some of the inspirations for the colour in pictures.

Glastonbury Tor

Glastonbury Tor

The stars above represent the Seven Sisters or Pleiades, the phoenix which fits in with the Glastonbury zodiac is represented in the panel below the tor. its subtitle is: the line gets thinner.

One and a half miles across in Glastonbury itself, Aquarius is represented by the figure of the phoenix or eagle with wings spread out. The wings, body and head are completely outlined by hills with the Tor on the bird's head. Chalice Well is at the end of its beak – perfect Aquarian symbolism for the water-carrier. In sun-worship symbolism, the phoenix represents the sun being purified by fire at sunset and rising at dawn out of the ashes of the night. The Tor's spiral maze delineates the throat of the bird, which turns towards the Chalice Spring's regenerative powers.

The Chalice - Gemini

The Chalice - Gemini

This picture represents Gemini with pair of Cherubs holding the Chalice aloft. Guarded by a pair of Griffins the traditional guardians of gateways to the divine.

The Green Man Janus - January

In this picture the Green Man is depicted with three faces, looking in all directions. Representative of Janus, another guardian and gatekeeper, he also has bunches of grapes in his beard, a reference to Bacchus, God of wine, laughter and dance.

 Skull

Skull

This image is inspired by the American tattoo scene. The skull is actually modeled on a loaf of bread produced for the Mexican festival of the dead, a little like our Halloween.

Dragon Tree

Dragon Tree

This is a picture of a real tree in a real landscape in Spain. If you look carefully you can see the dragons in amongst the leaves. The stones piled up are boundary marker stones which look a little like trolls.

Mr P says that trees talk to him especially at night, this picture is called the dragon tree talks to me.

There are several more pictures in the book, but to see them you will have to buy it. Email Mr P to negotiate.
